As an OB Hospitalist Physician, you will provide direct care to patients, including those with complex or high-risk pregnancies. Your responsibilities will include participating in daily labor and delivery rounds, acting as Safety Officer to promote best practices, and serving as a clinical resource for community physicians and midwives. You will also be able to deliver contraceptive services at applicable hospital sites. This position offers a dynamic blend of patient care, leadership, and professional development within a supportive, team-oriented setting.

OB Hospitalist Physicians in this role typically work a schedule that includes a majority of 24-hour shifts, with some opportunities for 12-hour or mixed-shift models. Full-time clinicians generally commit to 59 (24-hour) shifts in a 28-day block, promoting continuity of care and strong team integration. This structure is designed to facilitate work-life balance while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
