We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OB Hospitalist Physician (OB/GYN Hospitalist) to join our hospital-based clinical team. As a vital member of the OB Hospitalist program, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to obstetrical and gynecological patients. As an OB Hospitalist Physician (OB/GYN Hospitalist), you will provide direct patient care to women across a range of acuity levels, including high-risk obstetrical cases. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our labor and delivery unit through hands-on patient management, collaboration with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists (where available), and active participation in daily board rounds. Your role as a Safety Officer on the labor and delivery floor highlights your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, regardless of the primary admitting provider. Additionally, you will support community physicians and midwives with clinical assistance and coverage as needed to promote a seamless continuum of care for all patients.
This OB Hospitalist Physician (OB/GYN Hospitalist) position is structured around 24-hour shifts, with some opportunities for 12-hour or mixed-shift models. Full-time clinicians typically work a consistent schedule, allowing for both professional satisfaction and work-life balance.
