OB Hospitalist Physician (OB/GYN Hospitalist) - Summary
- Full-time hospital-based OB/GYN role focused on inpatient obstetric and gynecological care

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver obstetrical and gynecological care, including contraceptive services where applicable
- Provide direct patient care to both routine and high-risk obstetric patients, utilizing Maternal Fetal Medicine support as available
- Participate in daily labor and delivery board rounds to ensure comprehensive patient oversight
- Serve as Safety Officer on Labor and Delivery to promote optimal outcomes for all patients, regardless of admitting clinician
- Support community physicians and midwives through clinical assistance and practice coverage as needed, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certified or Active Candidate in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn)
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state where assigned
- Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport and positive working relationships with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and support staff
- Significant experience with obstetrical emergency care is preferred
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care
