As an OB Hospitalist Physician, you will provide direct patient care, participate in daily clinical rounds, and serve as a crucial resource for both patients and colleagues. You will work closely with hospital leadership, hospitalist teams, nurses, staff physicians, and corporate staff to foster a culture of safety and excellence. The role involves managing high-acuity cases, offering guidance in critical situations, and collaborating with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists as needed, including via telemedicine. Your ability to build strong, positive relationships and your commitment to clinical excellence will make you a valued member of the hospitalist team.
This full-time OB Hospitalist Physician role features a variety of shift options, including predominantly 24-hour shifts, with some 12-hour or mixed-shift models available. Clinicians typically work a set number of 24-hour shifts per 28-day block, providing flexibility and continuity of care. The schedule is designed to support work-life balance while ensuring high-quality, consistent patient care throughout the hospital.
