OB Hospitalist Physician (OB/GYN Hospitalist) - Summary- Critical member of the OB/GYN hospitalist team responsible for high-quality obstetrical and gynecological care.
- Engages in direct patient care, safety leadership, and support for community healthcare providers.
- Works structured shifts, predominantly 24-hour, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Deliver comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, including contraceptive services where applicable.
- Provide direct care to high-risk patients, including those requiring Maternal Fetal Medicine consultation via telephone or video.
- Participate in daily Labor and Delivery board rounds, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Serve as Safety Officer on Labor and Delivery, ensuring optimal outcomes for all patients.
- Provide clinical support to community physicians and midwives as needed, including practice coverage when safely available.

- Eligibility for benefits with a shift commitment of 5 shifts per 28-day block.
- Board Certified or active candidate as an OB/GYN Physician.
- Current state medical license for the assigned facility.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with hospital leadership, care teams, nursing staff, and corporate personnel.
- Experience with obstetrical emergency care is highly preferred.
- Highly relational and effective communicator with a collaborative approach to care.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient care in high-stress and high-acuity environments.
