OB Hospitalist Physicians (OB/GYN) work predominantly 24-hour shifts, with some opportunities for 12-hour or mixed shifts. This scheduling model allows for consistent, dedicated coverage of labor and delivery units, ensuring that patient needs are met around the clock. Clinicians are expected to provide coverage for a specified number of shifts per 28-day block, promoting both flexibility and continuity of care.
