The OB Hospitalist Physician role combines clinical leadership, hands-on patient care, and the opportunity to mentor and support colleagues throughout the hospital.
As part of your responsibilities, you will participate in daily labor and delivery board rounds, serve as the Safety Officer on the labor and delivery unit, and provide direct patient care to both routine and high-risk patients. You will also have the chance to support community providers and midwives, ensuring seamless care coverage and continuity for all patients. The position is structured around 24-hour shifts, with some 12-hour or mixed-shift models to support a balanced work-life schedule.
