OB/GYN Physician (Obstetrician-Gynecologist, OBGYN) - Summary- Full-time permanent position with a reputable healthcare organization in Northern California.
- Opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

- Deliver comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal visits, labor and delivery management, and postpartum follow-up.
- Conduct gynecological care for a wide range of conditions, including preventive exams, family planning, and management of gynecologic disorders.
- Perform gynecologic surgeries as indicated, both inpatient and outpatient.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients through communication, education, and personalized care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance initiatives, and continuing medical education activities to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Document all patient encounters, procedures, and care plans accurately in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Promote and adhere to principles of evidence-based medicine and culturally competent care when treating patients from diverse backgrounds.

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in California, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills in managing routine and high-risk pregnancies, performing gynecologic and obstetric surgeries, and addressing complex women’s health issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; able to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
