Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care (NP, Primary Care NP) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive primary care and occupational health assessments for adult patients
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Perform routine examinations, diagnostic assessments, and standard occupational health procedures
- Document patient encounters and care plans using Athena EMR
- Monitor and manage chronic conditions and acute health concerns
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare and workplace safety
- Work closely with RNs and office staff for smooth clinic operations
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Nevada
- Valid DEA license
- Board Certification strongly preferred
- Experience in primary care and/or occupational health settings is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Athena EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
- Ability to manage a diverse patient population with professionalism and compassion
