Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (NP) - Summary- Full-time, permanent position in a well-established primary care clinic
- Serve a patient population ranging from birth to geriatrics
- Deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive clinic environment
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and medical assessments for patients of all ages
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient health issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate within the scope of practice
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment adherence
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinic operations
