Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care, NP - Summary- Full-time Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care, NP, role in an outpatient setting
- Focus on adult and geriatric patient care (ages 17+)
- Collaborative, supportive team environment

- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for adult and senior patients
- Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
- Utilize EMR (eClinicalWorks) for documentation and care coordination
- Provide optional psychiatric consultations at a local facility (inpatient, additional stipend available)
- Maintain high standards of ethical and professional practice
- Advocate for patient needs and participate in health promotion initiatives
- Competitive base salary in the range of $130,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience
