Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Primary Care (NP/PA) – Summary- Full-time and part-time opportunities available in an outpatient primary care setting
- Work with a team of 4 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers
- Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community
- Supportive, mission-driven organizational culture
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
- Manage chronic and acute conditions, emphasizing prevention and education
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach when needed
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and support the health center’s mission
- No on-call responsibilities required, enhancing work-life balance

- Recruitment bonus of up to $50,000 for Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Primary Care (NP/PA), paid over five years

- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
