Nurse Practitioner OBGYN (NP OBGYN) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive OBGYN and women's health care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecological conditions
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive health and wellness, reproductive health, and family planning
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records
- Participate actively in clinic meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority (NP, APRN) in Washington State
