- Collaborate closely with assigned physicians under a collaborative agreement, adhering to all relevant regulations.

- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including working weekends, evenings, holidays, and 12-hour shifts as needed.
- Provide coverage at different urgent care locations within the region when required by administration.

- Maintain required continuing education credits and clinical competencies as per licensing and organizational standards.
- Support risk management and utilization management functions as directed by the healthcare organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification in good standing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as an advanced practice provider in urgent care, immediate care, or emergency care settings.
- Strong knowledge of advanced medical terminology, emergency room protocols, internal medicine, generalist, occupational medicine, and family practice procedures.
- Completion of National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) expected within 30 days of employment if not already held.
- Ability to maintain prescriptive authority and ongoing clinical competencies.
