- Current board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Adult, Adult-Gero, or Family specialties.
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience required.
- Experience in value-based care and with geriatric populations preferred.
- Ability to practice autonomously in a clinical setting.
- Active state-specific NP license and DEA registration (or eligibility).
- Experience with chronic disease management, wound care, injections, ABIs, or imaging interpretation preferred.
