The Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Primary Care role involves delivering the full spectrum of family practice services, including annual wellness visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions. Patient volumes are manageable, typically ranging from 12-15 per day in peak seasons and lower during local harvest times. Standard appointment lengths are designed to support quality care, with 20-minute follow-ups and 60-minute annual visits. This position offers a unique blend of continuity and variety, with the opportunity to care for both adult and pediatric patients (ages 2+).
