- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure
- Nurse Practitioner Furnishing (NPF) certification
- Current board certification as NP from a nationally accredited organization
- Valid DEA certificate to dispense controlled substances (II-V)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Preferred: Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute or ambulatory care setting
- Demonstrates strong clinical knowledge and experience in primary care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
- Adaptable and willing to participate in ongoing learning and professional growth
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or on-call requirements
