As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Primary Care, you will manage a panel of senior patients, most with chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. You will collaborate with a dedicated care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and receive full support from clinical leadership. The average daily patient load is manageable to ensure quality interactions. In this role, you will also participate in a call schedule shared among providers, allowing for work-life balance and continuity of service for patients.

Proficiency in common office procedures, such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care, is essential to meet patient needs.
