This position is structured to offer a balanced work-life schedule, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Patient load typically ranges from 18 to 20 patients per day, ensuring you have the time and resources needed to provide attentive and thorough care. Our outpatient-only practice model means there are no inpatient responsibilities, and the call schedule is limited, consisting of phone-only coverage for a few weeks per year, designed to be minimally demanding.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Primary Care Summary- Full-time role in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) preferred
- Experience in primary care or outpatient settings is highly valued

- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-based care model
