Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Primary Care Outpatient Summary- Full-time NP or PA opportunity in an established outpatient primary care practice
- Deliver care to adult and geriatric populations in Davenport, FL
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care
- Utilize modern EMR (eClinicalWorks) for efficient documentation
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments for adult and geriatric patients
- Diagnose acute and chronic conditions, develop and implement treatment plans
- Manage follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and health maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, and plans of care in the EMR system
- Participate in practice meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing education
- Optional participation in call rotation
