Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary
- Deliver primary care and wellness services to a diverse patient population, including adults and children
- Provide specialized services such as urgent care, infusion therapy, aesthetics, bioidentical hormone optimization, weight loss, and addiction treatment
- Work collaboratively with an onsite team of experienced healthcare providers
- Benefit from flexible scheduling and an independent, patient-first practice culture
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct patient care across the lifespan
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Administer and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures as needed within scope of practice
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies
- Participate in urgent care, infusion therapy, aesthetics, hormone optimization, and weight management services as appropriate
- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using electronic medical records
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and support the mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state and national certifications
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
