As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) in our practice, you will conduct comprehensive physical examinations, evaluate and diagnose medical conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing education to patients regarding their health and wellness. Our practice prioritizes value-based care and encourages team members to take an active role in patient advocacy and care coordination. Utilizing our advanced EMR system, eClinicalWorks, you will efficiently manage patient records and ensure continuity of care throughout each patient’s healthcare journey.
The successful candidate will be board-certified and possess a strong foundation in outpatient medicine, especially with adult and geriatric populations. Experience with value-based care models and a patient-centered approach are highly valued, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a team. This Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) position offers a manageable patient volume of 12-15 patients per day, allowing you to provide thorough and attentive care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with built-in administrative time, promoting work-life balance. There is no required on-call responsibility, though optional call opportunities are available for those interested in expanding their clinical experience.
