In this role, you will conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose and manage a variety of conditions, develop and oversee treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care for adult and geriatric populations. With a manageable patient volume of 12-15 patients per day, you will have the opportunity to deliver thorough and attentive care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) position utilizes cutting-edge technology, including the eClinicalWorks electronic medical records system, to streamline workflow and facilitate seamless coordination of care. You will also benefit from a supportive administrative structure, with dedicated time allocated for administrative duties within your schedule. Call participation is not required, though optional call opportunities are available for those interested.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Summary- Full-time clinical position in a concierge outpatient medicine practice
- Focus on adult and geriatric patient populations
- Emphasis on quality, value-based, patient-centered care
- Located in the vibrant community of Venice, FL, providing a warm and supportive environment for clinicians
- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments for adult and geriatric patients
- Diagnose medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage ongoing care and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR to maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and overall health management
- Participate in practice meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts
- Optional: Participate in call coverage if interested; not required

- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Some experience or knowledge of value-based care models preferred

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outpatient environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Board-certified NP or PA with a passion for adult and geriatric medicine
