Key Responsibilities- Deliver primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses in both adult and pediatric populations.
- Provide specialized care in areas such as urgent care, aesthetics, infusion therapy, bioidentical hormone optimization, weight management, and addiction treatment as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness strategies, and treatment options to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices for quality care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain current with advances in medical practice and patient care.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive practice culture, supporting colleagues and delivering compassionate care to all patients.
- Current, valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license for practice in the state of Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA educational program.
- Board certification as an NP or PA is required.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of primary care and wellness services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective patient and team relationships.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based medical practice and ongoing professional development.
- Willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment.
