Palm Health Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic Otolaryngology team specializing in Rhinology in Richmond, VA. This full-time opportunity allows the Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with a highly skilled team of medical professionals, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care of adult and pediatric patients with a wide variety of nasal and sinus conditions. As a Nurse Practitioner in Otolaryngology, you will work alongside two experienced Rhinology specialists, providing high-quality, comprehensive care to patients with complex nasal and sinus disorders. You will have the opportunity to evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions such as chronic and recurrent sinusitis, nasal polyps, rhinitis, allergy-related conditions, epistaxis, smell and taste disorders, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, skull base surgical cases, and sinus or nasal tumors. The Nurse Practitioner will balance both independent practice and close collaboration with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams, including neurosurgery, ophthalmology, and allergy/immunology specialists, ensuring seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes for every patient.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for nasal and sinus disorders, including chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, allergies, and tumors.
- Collaborate with neurosurgery, ophthalmology, and allergy/immunology specialists for coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
- Educate and counsel patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Perform relevant procedures such as rigid nasal endoscopy, epistaxis management, flexible laryngoscopy, cerumen removal, and ear wick placement/removal.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards in all patient care and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program with a master’s degree.
- Current and valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in ENT, primary care, or surgical specialty settings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
