Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Primary Care Summary- Full-time advanced practice provider role in a busy, established primary care clinic
- Focus on adult and senior patient populations
- 100% outpatient setting with no on-call responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients, including preventive care, health assessments, and management of chronic conditions
- Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and develop individualized care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses
