Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients, including preventive care, health assessments, and management of chronic conditions
- Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and develop individualized care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Certification from an accredited NP or PA program
- Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
