Responsibilities

- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Illinois state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Current DEA registration for prescription authority.
- Proven experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to primary, acute, and chronic care.
- Excellent communication skills, strong ethical standards, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong patient-centered approach, with compassion, patience, and the ability to build trust with individuals and families.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and willingness to participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Seasonal Influenza vaccination is required.
