Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary
- Full-time position in an established outpatient concierge medicine practice in Fort Myers, FL
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patient populations
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary healthcare team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient exams and health assessments for adult and geriatric patients
- Diagnose acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment and care plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes
- Communicate proactively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR system for accurate and efficient documentation
- Participate in optional call coverage, with no mandatory on-call requirements
- Maintain compliance with all relevant clinical protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)

- Start date is flexible to accommodate your availability
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with built-in administrative time
