Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Full-Time

Our electronic medical records (EMR) systems, including Canopy and Greenway, are designed to streamline your workflow and enhance documentation accuracy.

Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner (NP) role include a graduate degree in nursing (MSN, DNP, or NP certificate), national certification in family, adult, adult-gerontology, or gerontological nursing, and active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience with HCC documentation, ICD-10 coding, and health risk assessments is preferred, as is proficiency in Spanish. - National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (GNP)
- Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license
- Active DEA license
