Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Summary- Full-time Nurse Practitioner position in an outpatient office setting
- Focus on adult and geriatric patient populations
- No required on-call duties; optional call participation available

- Provide comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric patients
- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in the EMR
- Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and treatment adherence
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with clinical protocols
- Manage a patient volume of 12-15 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care and attention
