Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Summary
- Provide advanced nursing care and clinical assessments for patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests as appropriate.
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources as needed.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and institutional standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a relevant specialty preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
