Applicants for the Nurse Practitioner (NP) role must have completed a Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program, and hold national certification in one or more relevant specialties such as Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, or Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. Candidates must possess an active, non-probationary state nurse practitioner license and an active DEA license. Experience with HCC documentation, ICD-10 coding, and health risk assessments is preferred. Bilingual Spanish-speaking abilities are highly desirable for serving the local patient population effectively.
