This full-time opportunity offers a rewarding environment with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and comprehensive patient support.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work collaboratively within a care team, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers, to ensure equitable access to healthcare and improved patient experiences. The clinic is equipped with labs, phlebotomy services, and access to medical specialists via RubiconMD, ensuring patients receive timely and specialized care when needed. Patient transportation is provided within a five-mile radius, and the clinic hosts community activities to support holistic health and wellness.

Our organization is committed to supporting Nurse Practitioners through a competitive compensation package, extensive benefits, and a clear path for career progression. You will benefit from a physician partnership track, continuing education support, and a generous paid time off policy. Health, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) investment options with immediate vesting, are provided to support your financial security and well-being.
