As a Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic Injector (NP), you will play a pivotal role in administering high-end cosmetic injectable treatments, working alongside award-winning plastic surgeons and a dedicated support team. Our practice is equipped with an AAAASF-accredited surgical center and a dedicated marketing team, including an onsite social media content creator, to help promote your services and build your patient base from day one. You will receive comprehensive training through our vendors and experienced staff, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.
Located in the vibrant Williamsburg, VA area, our facility offers a positive, supportive workplace that values the well-being and growth of every team member. With a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, you will join a group of five experienced plastic surgeons focused on minor procedures, post-operative follow-up, consultations, and med-spa services. Some travel between our Williamsburg and Newport News offices may be required, providing variety and exposure to diverse patient needs.
Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic Injector (NP) - Summary- Full-time position focused on delivering cosmetic injectable treatments in an established aesthetics and plastic surgery practice
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including plastic surgeons, marketing professionals, and support staff
- Opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and hands-on training
- Provide safe, effective aesthetic injectable treatments (including neurotoxins and dermal fillers) to patients, adhering to best practice guidelines and under medical supervision
- Participate in patient consultations, assess suitability for procedures, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and document all treatments performed
- Participate in ongoing training and vendor-led education to stay current on new techniques and products
- Support marketing initiatives, including engaging with the onsite social media content creator to promote services
- Travel as needed between Williamsburg and Newport News offices for training or patient appointments

- Active and up-to-date Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Virginia
- Minimum of 1 year experience injecting dermal fillers and neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of filler products (Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, etc.)
- Experience with lasers, PDO threads, Kybella, and Sculptra is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
