Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment and ensure image quality
- Assist in the supervision, organization, and training of technical staff
- Analyze complex situations and respond appropriately to ensure patient safety and care
- Communicate effectively with medical, technical, and clerical staff

Qualifications & Requirements
- Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist training program or radiologic technologist training program with NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or NMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification required upon hire
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required within 60 days of hire
- RHN (Radiologic Health Nuclear Medicine) certification required if applicable
- One year of experience in an acute care hospital preferred (clinical hours during training may be considered)
- Three to five years of clinical nuclear medicine experience preferred
- Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of required degree or diploma
