As a NoSQL Database Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing NoSQL database platforms for enterprise-level cloud environments. This position is designed for individuals who possess advanced expertise in managing, maintaining, and tuning NoSQL databases such as AWS DynamoDB, DAX, Couchbase, and Amazon DocumentDB. The NoSQL Database Administrator ensures the availability, reliability, and performance of essential data services that power business-critical applications. Working closely with application development teams, you will help shape data models, implement best-in-class partition strategies, and optimize data access patterns to achieve peak performance. You will also manage lifecycle operations, including capacity planning, autoscaling, and cost efficiency measures for multiple NoSQL environments.

NoSQL Database Administrator - Summary
- Oversee the operational support and lifecycle management of NoSQL platforms, including AWS DynamoDB, DAX, Couchbase, and Amazon DocumentDB.
- Collaborate with application developers to design optimal data models and access patterns.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Senior-level experience supporting AWS DynamoDB in production environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon DynamoDB Accelerator (DAX), including cache tuning and performance optimization.
- In-depth understanding of NoSQL data modeling, partitioning, and designing efficient data access patterns.
- Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot NoSQL databases at scale, maintaining high availability and low latency.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services such as IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and KMS for secure and performant database management.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog and CloudWatch.
