We are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team immediately!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete maintenance service requests.
- Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.
- Install locks and make keys as needed.
- Replace light bulbs in common areas.
- Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.
- Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
- HVAC/EPA Certification a PLUS!
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
