As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for executing daily delivery routes, ensuring the timely pick-up and drop-off of linen carts between the company and customer locations. You will be required to accurately complete and submit all necessary logs and documentation in accordance with company and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. This position requires physical stamina, as responsibilities include lifting items up to 50 lbs and maneuvering wheeled carts weighing up to 700 lbs.

Non-CDL Delivery Driver - Summary
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and pick-up of goods, focusing on customer satisfaction and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Operates company vehicles without the need for a commercial driver’s license (CDL), following set schedules and routes.
- Maintains strict adherence to safety policies, DOT requirements, and company standards at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload linen carts at company and customer locations, ensuring each cart is properly tagged and documented.
- Complete all required paperwork and logs accurately and submit them daily for company records.
- Weigh and record all soiled linens under the appropriate customer account and deliver them to the designated soil room area.
- Disinfect vehicles thoroughly after each soil pick-up to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Keep company vehicles clean, orderly, and in compliance with pre-trip inspection requirements.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the chief engineer or supervisor.
- Follow all universal precautions and safety procedures, especially when handling potentially hazardous materials.
- Uphold company policies regarding attendance, uniform standards, and professional appearance each workday.
- Address and report any customer service issues or concerns to management promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
