As a neurosurgery nocturnist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of 9 neurosurgeons and 9 APPs, benefiting from the collaboration and support that is essential for high-quality patient outcomes. You will be responsible for managing inpatient admissions and discharges, conducting consultations, and, if desired, participating as a first assist in the operating room. The role requires BLS and ACLS certification, reflecting the high level of clinical competency and preparedness necessary for acute neurological care. Our facility utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring streamlined documentation and communication across the care team.
