Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to stroke codes and perform NIH Stroke Scale Assessments
- Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and monitor patient status
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 patients per night, including consultations
- Document all clinical activities and patient interactions in the Epic EMR system
- Collaborate effectively with onsite neurology residents and consult with attending neurologists as needed
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with best practices in neurology
- Operate independently during overnight hours, maintaining a calm and focused approach in high-acuity situations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Inpatient neurology or critical care experience strongly preferred

- Current or eligible state licensure as an NP or PA
- Familiarity with Epic EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
