Neurologist (MD/DO) - Outpatient | Neurology Physician Summary
The Neurologist (MD/DO) will provide comprehensive outpatient neurology services, working closely within a collaborative care model. The role focuses on patient evaluations, diagnosis, management of neurological conditions, and patient education, with the support of skilled nursing and administrative staff. Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough neurological evaluations and follow-up visits in an outpatient setting.
- Diagnose and manage a range of neurological conditions, including migraines, seizure disorders, neuropathy, neurovascular diseases, and chronic neurological illnesses.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEG, EMG/NCS, imaging, and laboratory studies.
- Provide detailed patient education, medication management, and counseling regarding neurological conditions and treatment plans.
- Perform neurological procedures as credentialed, including Botox injections, lumbar punctures, EMG/NCS, and EEG interpretation.
- Collaborate with internal medicine, pain management, behavioral health, and rehabilitation teams to develop patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic optimization projects.
- Assist in expanding neurology services and promoting community health education initiatives.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $325,000.
- Eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) up to $200,000.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency program.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology.
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
- Eligibility for DEA registration.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
