Neurologist (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Consult with patients presenting with a wide range of neurological conditions
- Collaborate with nursing and medical assistant staff to deliver coordinated care
- Utilize Epic EMR and voice recognition tools for accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in scheduled phone call coverage (approximately one call per week)
- Ensure continuity of care for patients until a permanent hire is made
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and best practices in neurology

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of Neurology residency
- Active and unrestricted state medical license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

- Must be eligible for hospital credentialing within 60-90 days
