Neurologist, MD - Summary

- Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and examinations for patients of diverse backgrounds
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological disorders, including but not limited to epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuropathies
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s medical history and clinical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Order, interpret, and discuss relevant diagnostic tests and imaging to inform clinical decisions
- Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in NY (or eligibility to obtain)
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating neurological conditions
