Network Security Engineer (NSE) - Summary- Key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced network security solutions.
- Support and enhance security operations with a focus on proactive threat detection and mitigation.

- Support SOC operations by contributing to detection engineering, onboarding of log sources, and data normalization efforts.
- Develop, implement, and maintain network security monitoring infrastructure and orchestration workflows.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.
- Proven hands-on expertise with IDS/IPS platforms, such as Cisco Firepower and TippingPoint, including signature tuning and threat detection.
- Advanced skills in packet capture (pcap) and network analysis with tools like Corelight, NetWitness, and CRIBL pipelines.
- Experience maintaining and tuning Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon and SentinelOne.
- Demonstrated background in applying threat intelligence to enhance security operations.
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to network security challenges.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to emerging threats.
