- Focus on design, administration, and support of enterprise network systems

- Support and utilize network monitoring tools (WhatsUp, MRTG, ThousandEyes, Cisco DNA Center)
- Provide 24/7 on-call support, including evenings and weekends, with remote access maintenance and cable management

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Cisco network infrastructure in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Cisco ISE
- Experience with SD-WAN and wireless networking technologies, including VMware VeloCloud and Cisco Meraki
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance analysis tools (WhatsUp, MRTG, ThousandEyes, Cisco DNA Center)
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and services: TCP/IP, DHCP, VoIP, and enterprise network troubleshooting
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments, including scripting for automation and log management
- Relevant Cisco certification (such as CCNA) is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented network professional with strong problem-solving skills
