Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with routine and advanced network infrastructure initiatives, including preventive maintenance and capacity planning.
- Perform configuration back-ups, support redundancy efforts, and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
- Provide network administration, including monitoring network health and performance with guidance from senior engineers.
- Update and maintain comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, and written records.
- Install new network facilities and monitor equipment inventory, ensuring optimal hardware levels are maintained.
- Troubleshoot network issues and contribute to solutions that enhance system uptime and reliability.
- Support on-call responsibilities and occasional on-site travel as needed for network maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with installation, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco networking equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience required.
- Current Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required. Two additional years of progressive work experience may substitute for the certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with network support, troubleshooting, and documentation tasks.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and make occasional on-site visits as needed for network support.
