Duties & Responsibilities- Assist with configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Work alongside senior network engineers to resolve incidents, respond to alerts, and conduct guided root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to accurate network documentation, update internal records, and participate in change management and RFC (Request for Change) processes.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and escalation of network-related issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation under the guidance of senior engineers, following established escalation protocols to maintain network service integrity.

- Strong foundational knowledge of routing and switching concepts, including IP networking, BGP, OSPF, LACP, and STP.

- Basic understanding of wireless networking concepts and remote access solutions.
