Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and engineer effective, scalable network systems and solutions tailored to enterprise and carrier environments.
- Participate in the evaluation, testing, selection, and deployment of foundational network elements for large-scale network buildouts.
- Ensure that networking solutions adhere to defined standards and best practices, assisting in their continuous development and improvement.
- Communicate engineering solutions clearly through detailed diagrams and comprehensive documentation.
- Research, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues, providing expert guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of network solutions.
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies, trends, and best practices to continually enhance existing systems.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to network engineering teams as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience working with large enterprise or carrier networks.
- Professional networking certifications such as CCNP or CCIE (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience with Cisco data center network solutions.
- Familiarity with Arista and Juniper network technologies is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in network consulting, including direct client engagement and solution delivery.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
