.NET Software Developer (C#/.NET Developer) - Summary- Lead the modernization of legacy VB.NET applications to modern C#/.NET platforms
- Reverse-engineer mature codebases to understand original design and functionality
- Architect, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Collaborate closely with an applications team in a government-oriented environment
- Utilize advanced .NET development skills and support reporting and integration tools
- Develop, deploy, and support .NET applications using C#, VB.NET, HTML5, and jQuery
- Reverse-engineer and analyze legacy application code to identify modernization pathways

- Develop and maintain SSRS and SSIS solutions for data reporting and transformation

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in .NET application development (C#, VB.NET, HTML5, jQuery)
- 3+ years of experience with SSRS and SSIS development and support
- Experience building and integrating APIs and system interfaces (Raptor API or similar)
- Experience utilizing RabbitMQ for messaging and integration purposes
- Prior experience working with government or public safety organizations is a plus
