Neonatologist, NICU Physician - Summary

- Develop individualized care plans for each infant based on clinical findings and best practices.
- Communicate clearly with families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and consulting physicians.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in rounds, case discussions, and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Remain up to date with advancements and emerging evidence in neonatal medicine.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a Pediatrics residency and Neonatology fellowship.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (ABP or AOBP).
- Active, unrestricted medical license in applicable jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal intensive care.
